Holiday Inn Berlin Airport - Conference Centre, an IHG Hotel

The hotel was near the Brandenburg airport, which made it very convenient to catch our flight. They do NOT offer a free airport shuttle, but do have a cab service that leaves for the terminal hourly. The hotel was air-conditioned, which was greatly appreciated during the 30C/85F degree weather.

We had an amazing guy from India at breakfast. He always took his time out to speak to our children. I would say the staff in the restaurant was the most helpful. Always smiling, willing to help if we had questions.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Berlin Airport during a leisure trip. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially the ones who arranged our transportation. They have an onsite restaurant we didn’t use, but looked very nice. They do include breakfast with your stay, which was delicious. Close by the airport. Would recommend..

The rooms are OK, except the ones with a passage door between. I would recommend to not accept as guest such a room, because there is a chance to have a noisy neighbor - what happened to me: hardly could asleep because he was watching TV late in the evening with high volume. Somehow I could asleep after my neighbor turned off his TV , but woke me up his shouts at 2 o'clock. After listening the continuous shouts for almost 1 hour, went to the reception and the gentlemen from the reception offered me immediately an other room to try to sleep some hours. They were very kind. The whole team is very professional.

EVERYTHING was great about this Hotel ..it's pretty far outside of the city, but I certainly understand why. It was quiet, clean, and everything you might need is in the Hotel or very nearby. The restaurant was fantastic and the waitstaff was exceptional.
